Nothing. The credits are on your balance by the time the payment clears, and you spend them by creating a line. There is no code to redeem and no redeem page, whatever you may have read here before. If your balance has not moved, that is a fault, not a step you have missed, so open a ticket and we will find it.

One of the ways a card is shared. Our servers hold the cards and answer the key requests your customer’s receiver sends, so his box opens the channel without a card in it. OSCam and ICAM work the same way and the panel generates configs for all three.

The service is paid, but the tests are free and always have been. A 24 or 48 hour line costs no credits, and you can take three a day before you have paid for anything. Put one on your own receiver before you put one on a customer’s.

A year is 10 credits, not twelve, so it depends only on what a credit cost you. On the smallest top up that is €8.33 for twelve months of one customer, and on the largest €6.06. Every package and the arithmetic is on the price page.

Every subscription is two dedicated lines on two separate servers, and both go into the receiver, so the box carries on while the match is still on. The machines are read every minute rather than trusted, so the line list shows you a customer has dropped before he telephones you about it.

Yes, and it is the point. Your customers are yours: we never see their names, never contact them and never set your prices. A sub-reseller you appoint gets a panel with nothing on it that leads back to us, and nothing that leads back to you either unless you put it there.
