You buy credits and spend them creating lines. This page says how the money moves and what happens to it.

How you can pay

Choose card, and you go to Stripe's own payment page. You can pay there however you normally would:

  • a card, or Apple Pay and Google Pay from your phone
  • iDEAL, if you bank in the Netherlands
  • Przelewy24 or BLIK, if you bank in Poland
  • Revolut Pay, straight from your Revolut balance
  • Klarna, if you would rather spread it

You will not see all of them. Stripe shows the ones that fit where you are and what you are paying in, so the list on your screen is shorter than this one. Whichever you pick, it is Stripe that takes the money and the details never reach us.

The other way to pay is Bitcoin, and Bitcoin is the only coin we take. It works the opposite way round: we show you an address and an amount, and your credits arrive once the payment confirms. Ask first if you want to send something else.

What happens after you pay

The credits are on your balance by the time the payment clears, and you spend them by creating or renewing a line.

There is no code to type in and no redeem page to find. Nothing arrives by email that you have to do something with. If your balance has not moved once a payment has cleared, that is a fault rather than a step you have missed, so raise a ticket and we will find it.

What we hold, and what we do not

Card details are handled by the payment processor and never reach us. We do not store a card number, we cannot charge you again on our own, and there is nothing on your account for anyone to take if they got into it.

What we do hold is your email address, your balance, and the lines you have created. The privacy policy says what happens to that.

Connections

This site and the panel are served over HTTPS throughout, including the pages where you sign in and where you pay, so what you send is encrypted between your browser and the server.

If your browser ever warns you about the certificate on the panel, stop there and tell us rather than clicking through it. That one is worth a ticket.

If a payment goes wrong

Tell us. The contact page has four ways to do it, and a ticket raised inside the panel is the quickest because it arrives with your account already attached. The refunds policy says what can and cannot be refunded.
