We sell to resellers. You find the customers, set the prices and keep the relationship; we keep the cards answering and the machines up. Your customer never hears our name and never needs to.

Two servers on every subscription

A subscription is not one line, it is two: a dedicated cline on each of two separate servers, with both written into the same receiver. That is why a customer keeps watching when one of them goes away, and it is why the config file you hand over has two lines in it rather than one.

Nothing is shared out of a common pool. The credentials belong to that customer and nobody else is on them.

Configs made when the line is

The panel generates cccam.cfg and oscam.server at the moment you create the line, with the hosts, the port and the credentials already in them. There is nothing to fill in and nothing to send on afterwards. ICAM is supported the same way.

If a customer's box needs an F line rather than a C line, that file is there too.

Read from the machines, not from a database

The client list is not what the panel remembers, it is what the card servers say. Every minute it asks them who is connected, which channel each line is decoding, and whether the decode succeeded. That is also where the numbers on the homepage come from: they are a measurement of what customers were really watching, not a target, and each one is printed with the window it was taken over.

We do not publish an uptime figure, because the health record does not yet hold enough days for one to mean anything. When it does, it will appear with its window like everything else here.

What we do not claim

This page used to say we run a VPN on every server, that we are 99% up, that loading is twice as fast, that more than 50 cards are carried and that our lines never freeze. None of those could be checked from inside the panel, so none of them are here any more.

What can be checked is on the site instead: what a credit buys, what the packages cost, and the response times and decode rate on the homepage.

Where we are

The company is in the Netherlands and support runs day and night. A ticket raised inside the panel arrives with the line it is about already attached, which is why it is the quickest way to get an answer about one customer. The other ways to reach us are on the contact page.
